On June 5th Southport man Mark Baldwin rode The Duchenne Dash (London to Paris in 24 hours, 200 miles).

The ride will help raise funds for The Duchenne Children’s Trust and to help Harry Halpin (the son of my good friends Gareth and Rachel) and the thousands of boys like him with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

The goal is to raise at least £500,000, all of which will go directly to medical research.

Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy is the most common fatal genetic disorder to affect boys. However, scientists believe they are on the edge of finding a substantial treatment and possible cure for the disease.

You can Follow me and the Dash at www.duchennedash.com. Please support my charity and my challenging journey to Paris by donating to this page. Many thanks. Mark.

Mark has raised £1,875.00 after a successful ride, if you can help him reach his personal £200o target please donate at his just giving page here
