Southport man jailed for 11 weeks after breaching restraining order 

Barry David Tilley appeared at Liverpool/Knowsley Magistrates Court on 15th June, 2016.

At this hearing Mr Tilley pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order issued last year to protect an Ex girlfriend from further conduct which amounts to harassment or will cause fear of violence.

Tilly was jailed for 11 weeks, to pay £120 Surcharge to the Court to fund Victim Services.
