Thomas Bore, 48 from Southport cannot enter any shop on Lord Street, Chapel Street or Eastbank Street as part of the conditions of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) he was given.
Bore, of Dinorwic Road, Birkdale, was sentenced after being charged with a public order offence and breach of bail.
Following the hearing the Crown Prosecution Service made an application for a Criminal Behaviour at the request of the police.
The Criminal Behaviour Order was issued and will remain valid for three years from January 11 and will last until January 11, 2019.
