Stephen Murphy 23/12/1979 was arrested Friday 22nd February in Southport, as part of an investigation in to a street robbery.
He was subsequently charged with two counts of Fraud by false representation, whereby he had used stolen bank cards to purchase goods locally via ‘Contactless Payment.’
He was also wanted in relation to breaching his Criminal Behaviour Order, which had been issued 10th December 2018, he was charged with two breaches of the Order, which runs until 9th December 2023.
