Southport man accused of stealing De Walt power tools worth £1000 during burglary

Steven Ball from Southport man stands accused of breaking into a shed and stealing £1000 worth of power tools.

 

It is alleged that Ball broke into a shed at a home on Poplar Street on Sunday, July 30, and stole a quantity of De Walt power tools.

It is alleged that Ball broke into a shed at an address on Poplar Street on July 30 2017, and stole a quantity of De Walt power tools.

Steven Ball has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Ball has been remanded in custody.

A trial will take place at Liverpool Crown Court on the afternoon of Friday, September 29 2017.
