Southport Lifeboat tasked to boat in difficulty off Taylors Bank, Formby, 11 July.
The crew escorted the vessel under tow by New Brighton RNLI back to New Brighton beach and assisted with recovery.
Southport and Crosby Coastguards also responded along with the Coastguard Helicopter.
