KGV’s BTEC Music Technology students will be performing a showcase on Wednesday 13th February at 7 pm in the College’s Drama Hall.

The musical event is to launch their latest charity album “Minutes” which will be released through iTunes from Monday 25th February.  A limited edition of CDs will also be available to buy at the college with all proceeds going to Queenscourt Hospice.

The annual charity album is a collaborative release combining all of the creative talents of the second  year students and the BTEC Music Technology staff.

Tickets for next week’s showcase are £2 payable on the door and John Brindle, Course Co-ordinator for Music Technology, says the event promises to be a mix of styles from 50s rock to experimental electronica, an evening not to be missed!
