    Southport Fostering & Adoption Information Session

    The next fostering & adoption information session in Sefton takes place 20 Jan, 6.30pm at The Vincent Hotel in Southport. The session is a great chance to meet Sefton Council’s fostering & adoption expert teams, current carers and adopters to ask any questions you have & find out what’s involved.

    At Sefton Fostering and Adoption Services, we recruit foster carers and adoptive parents for the growing numbers of children and young people in Sefton who are in need of a stable and loving home.

    • training to families that foster or adopt

    Fostering

    We are looking for foster carers for the growing number of children in Sefton who need a stable, loving home. If you are thinking about becoming a foster carer, do not hesitate to register your interest using our easy online form.

    As a foster carer we offer you guidance, support, comprehensive training and an allowance to cover the costs of caring for the child or young person.

    You could be a brilliant foster carer but there are a lot of myths and misinformation about what fostering is or who can and can not foster, do not let this put you off possibly the most rewarding life choice you will make.     Information Sessions

    Dates have now been confirmed for Information Sessions in 2015, with the next one taking place 20 January, 6.30pm at The Vincent Hotel, 98 Lord Street, Southport, PR8 1JR.

    It’s a great chance to meet our expert team, brilliant foster carers and adoptive parents to give you the inside track on what it is like to foster and adopt children and young people, such as Lilly and Lewis. No tickets required, just drop in on the night.
