Southport FC Appoint New Events And Hospitality Manager

Following a recruitment drive for five new roles at the club in May, Southport FC are pleased to announce the third member of staff to join the new team, with Jennifer Barton appointed as Events and Hospitality Manager.

Jennifer has a wealth of experience within the events and hospitality sector and will bring with her fresh ideas and a desire to make the football club a hub for events be it business, personal and community. Jennifer will be working directly with Business Development Manager, David Broadbent to develop an events programme at the Club not only for match day hospitality.

Jennifer commented: “I am excited to be joining such a new and forward-thinking football club. I believe I will bring excellent underpinning knowledge to the role having worked in the Bar and Drinks industry along with events and hospitality management. I have exciting ideas for the new Bar and function suite this season and I can’t wait to start working at the Club. I look forward to being part of the new club’s vision, progress and management team.”
