Southport entrepreneur Gareth Mawdsley on top of the World
A SUCCESSFUL businessman took time out of his busy schedule to offer advice to any budding local entrepreneurs.
Just three years ago during the recession Southport born 28-year-old Gareth Mawdsley moved to London looking for his fortune.
He rented a flat in South London and started looking for work. He applied for a job at Foxtons Estates in South Kensington and has never looked back since. He now owns his own property in London, and is currently driving a Ferrari. He is looking to buy properties in Southport with a view to letting them out.
Gareth made his name through the letting arm of Foxtons Estates. He said: “It is amazing what people can achieve in business” “Property is good value and mortgages are cheap at the moment, rental yields are good, so I would advise any budding entrepreneurs to take advantage of the recession and join the letting market” “The world is your Oyster!”
