Southport Community Services To Go Out To Tender

Both West Lancs CCG and Southport and Formby CCG have decided to out to tender for community services in the near future.

It is not known how long the tendering process will take or which services will be involved.

The decision is part of a national picture as commissioners are facing challenges on current commissioning arrangements.

The CCG were keen to make known that this decision no way reflected the current staffs abilities to deliver services.

Preparation for the bidding is to take place in the next few months.
