Jamie Allen scored his second goal in three matches as Southport edged to a National League victory over Barrow.
Southport took the lead after 22 minutes when Gary Jones steered the ball home, via a deflection.
Otis Khan struck the ball into the top corner from 18 yards to level for Barrow four minutes later.
But Allen’s goal early in the second half ensured that Southport extended their winning league run to five matches.
