After watching the show at the Southport theatre on Thursday eve I was blown away.
Myself and my friend couldn’t believe the show was here in Southport we felt like we were in London watching a show in the west end.
The standard of dancers, musicians, singers and staging was definitely up there.
The costumes were stunning with every thought of detail to the style of dance and moves.
Kevin Clifton the charismatic host of the show was simply fantastic his chat with the audience and moves were sensational. Managing to sustain the high energy between routines.
He gave the audience a brief talk on his background and hometown Grimsby! And gave his mum a wave in the crowd!
He talked about the show and where in the world it has travelled too introducing the dancers and cast.
He is so down to earth and had the crowd laughing along to his chat.
New to the TV show in 2018 and touring with Burn The Floor we’re the two fabulous dancers Grazino Di Prima and dancer Johannes Radebe who both also gave the audience a brief chat on their dancing background.
24 year old Graziano is an Italian Latin Champion and has represented Belgium at the World championships.
Johannes Radebe is 31 and a Latin American champion, he was pro dancer on Strictly come dancing South Africa for two seasons reaching the final Both times.
They really did steal the show with there dancing …. and abs!!!!!definitely a treat for the ladies, Turning up the heat on the floor!
The show is made up of a selection of all different dances, from Rumba to Jive and the Waltz to the Tango.
This sassy production provides a range of beautifully executed dances that will make you want to get up and join them up there. The energy that was oozing off the stage was tremendous.
The routines are slick and sculptured like a work of art but with the perfect edge to make them something.
At the end of the show they had the whole audience shouting for more and on their feet , what an atmosphere.
Overall the show is was a stunning visual spectacle from the beautiful dancing to the stunning costumes and sets not forgetting the fabulous live music.
If you like dance shows and strictly then this is a must see! It will blow your mind!
We left smiling and wanting to dance the night away!
It is an evening of complete escapism….
