Sink hole has appeared on Anchor Street, Southport, Wednesday 25 May 2016

Yet another sink hole has on Anchor Street, this time outside the Masons Arms Pub.

A pub regular said: “This wasn’t here when entered the pub – it’s good job no one fell down it”

An engineer on site today said to our reporter: “United Utilities will carry out a dig tomorrow (Thursday 25 May) to decide who is liable for the sink hole, us or Sefton council.
