Serial shoplifter spotted in town by worried business owners

A prolific shoplifter who was once banned from Lord Street has been spotted in the town centre.

Warren Wright, who in 2014 was told he should keep away from the busy street and it’s shops, has been catching the eye of police officers as he strolled down the street he used to torment.

The ban is thought to have now expired but the prolific convicted thief has already aroused suspicion with members of the business network already sharing warnings that Wright is back in town.

He was jailed in 2016 for three years for involvement in a class A drugs supply network.
