Sefton weekend of action – Have you seen these men?

25th August 2018

Officers carrying out disruption work in Sefton this weekend are appealing for information about the whereabouts of four men we would like to speak to in connection with recent incidents in the area.

We would like to speak to 22-year-old Kyle Horrocks from Bootle in connection with an incident in Seaforth in April in which a report was received of two motorcycles carrying people believed to have been in possession of firearms, before the bike was abandoned nearby. A firearm was located close to the location and forensically recovered. Members of the public are asked not to approach Horrocks but call 999 immediately as he is regarded as a dangerous individual.

24-year-old Lewis Appleby from Banks in Lancashire is wanted on a recall to prison after breaching the conditions of his licence after serving a prison sentence for drug supply offences. Appleby also has links to the Southport area.

We would like 20-year-old Eliot Atkinson from Park Lane West in Netherton in relation to a domestic incident in August in which threats were made.

We would like to speak to 19-year-old Peter Ball from Canning Road in Southport in relation to criminal damage in Southport in July, during which damage was caused to the front window of a house.

Sefton Local Policing Chief Inspector Jerry Harris said: “We believe that all of these men have information which may assist these ongoing investigations into recent incidents in Sefton.

“If you have seen these men, or have heard anything about their whereabouts, please come forward and we will take action.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact @MerPolCC, call 101 or @Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
