Sefton Council workers botch up danger paving fix

residents of an exclusive Birkdale neighbourhood are furious over a botched repair of a dangerous pavement.

Workers have filled in massive gaps in the pavement on the pricey road but the botched job has left more than to be desired.

One furious elderly woman who lives in a nearby house said:

“I can’t believe the job they’ve done I was hoping the slabs would be replaced because they are dangerous and a tripping hazard but all that’s been done is some filling in.

I pay hundreds of pounds a month in council tax for this horrid service.”
