Sefton Magistrates believe that reopening the off-licence will cause more anti-social behaviour in the area.
The off-licence, which was originally closed on 1st June 2015, was called “a hub of anti-social behaviour” by the community. The license holder, Mrs Jagdish Kaur Sandhu, is set to appear before the Licensing Sub-Committee at Bootle Town Hall next Monday.
