Emergency services were called to Chapel Lane, Banks shortly after 5.30pm this afternoon following reports of a collision, Tuesday 5 July 2016.

A member of the public told our reporter “Lancashire Police arrived at the scene within minutes of the 999 call. No one appeared to be seriously injured, however both pensioners  traveling in the blue Vauxhall appeared to be shook up.”
