The emergency services were called to Cambridge Road roundabout, Southport, at 2:10pm this afternoon (Saturday 29th September 2012) following reports of a RTC.
A Rover and a VW collided on Cambridge Road roundabout at the junction of Park Avenue.
Firefighters removed the roof of the VW to help paramedics move a woman to an ambulance following the crash.
She was taken to Southport & Formby DGH. Her injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
A further female aged approximately 25-years-old from the VW, and a female, aged 65-years-old, was removed from the Rover by paramedics suffering from a shoulder inury.
The car was removed from the scene a short time later by FMC Recovery.
