Rose Marshall from Southport has become a finalist for Miss Lancashire 2016 and is the only person from Southport in the competition.
Rose has set up a number of event to rally the public to vote for her. These include Skydiving from 15,000ft, running lengths of Southport seafront, cake sales and she will be appearing on the radio all in the hopes of being crowned Miss Lancashire.
The final of the event will be on the 15th September and Rose is hoping to win like her best friend Chloe who won Miss Southport Earlier this year.
