A £500 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a wanted man from Leyland.

Lee Ashton, 20, is wanted by police in connection with a burglary, dangerous driving, driving while disqualified and breaching his Criminal Behaviour Order twice.

The police have arranged for a £500 reward which will be paid to anyone who provides information leading to his arrest and conviction.

Officers believe Ashton is in the Leyland area and could be hiding in the Wade Hall Estate.

Sgt Mark Douglas, of Lancashire Police, said: “Ashton is wanted for several offences and has so far evaded capture.

“I would urge anyone who recognises his picture to contact us immediately. Any information could be vital.

“A substantial reward is being offered for his arrest and conviction.

“We believe he is still in the Leyland area and is possibly being harboured by associates. Any person found to be helping Ashton may face prosecution and if in social housing possible eviction.

“Please call police if you can help.”

Anyone with information can contact police on 101.
