Southport were knocked out of the Lancashire Senior Cup last night with a 1-2 defeat at Haig ave Fleetwood Town, Wednesday 30 September.
Declan McManus scored either side of half-time for Fleetwood before Cole Stockton halved the deficit in the latter stages but the Sandgrounders were unable to force an equaliser.
Fleetwood will go on to play at home to Oldham Athletic in the quarter final.
