Southport took another beating at home this afternoon (Saturday 31 January 2015) against Gateshead in the Vanarama Conference.

Rob Ramshaw (Gateshead) scored on 8 minutes with a right footed shot from outside the box to the bottom right corner of the net. Gateshead played controlled football throughout the game a saw of Sandgrounders off with ease.
