Remembrance Service Ainsdale
What a wonderful uplifting service of Remembrance we had today on the Village Green, Sunday 11 November 2018.
Hundreds of men, women and children came together to remember and commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the end of WW1.
We remembered the fallen in all conflicts, particularly those from our Village.
Many wreaths were laid by the Royal British Legion, the Armed Forces, the Police, Sefton Council and the other Societies and Community Groups and the children placed crosses around the monument.
