    Rat Street Car Park Southport

    By 30th April 2016

Photo: Wright Street Car Park, Southport

Rubbish bins failed to be emptied in Wright Street,

Hollow needles used to inject drugs, rotting domestic food from local business and human feces line the floor to the rear of a Southport car park.

A Wright Street resident said:  “The council are not interested because its private land. This is known area where drug dealing and drug taking takes place”.

Another local resident said: “I have contacted Sefton environmental services on two separate occasions to report this problem and still nothing has been done….. it is no wonder there are so many rats around here”

If you have an issue to report Sefton Council – you can do so here.
