Quiz Night in Aid of Merseyside Dogs Home!

Rachel Kennedy, an International Events Management student at Manchester Metropolitan University will soon be flying high as she prepares to bravely sky dive 7,000ft in aid of Merseyside Dogs Home and is hosting a quiz night to raise vital funds for the rescue centre.

Merseyside Dogs Home receives no government funding and relies heavily on the generosity of the public and their fundraising events, including the annual Bark in the Park weekend event. Alongside the quiz night, there will be a homemade cake sale and a raffle, with some incredible prizes from Barrett and Coe photography, as well as Afternoon Tea for two at Broadoaks Country House Hotel and a family pass to Farmer Ted’s.

The quiz night will start from 8pm at Taylor’s Continental Beer and Wine Bar in Birkdale. Tickets are £4 each and can be purchased by contacting Rachel on rachel_kennedy88@yahoo.co.uk.
