Queenscourt Hospice are on the hunt for one lucky Southport resident to take their spot on Team Queenscourt for the 2021 London Marathon.
Queenscourt Hospice said: “We have just one of our highly sought after places, open for application this year. If you’d like to take on this incredible challenge on Sunday 3rd October and raise money for local families in need of our care and support, then apply today.”
Successful applicants will be asked to commit to raising £2,000 for Queenscourt.
The local charity provides support for the people of West Lancs, Southport and Formby, caring for patients with serious illnesses, enabling them to achieve the best possible quality of life at each new stage.
The Hospice receives less than one fifth of its funding from the NHS and relies on charitable donations.
