Residents in West Lancashire are being invited to attend two local NHS decision-making meetings in September.

NHS West Lancashire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)’s next Primary Care Commissioning Committee (PCCC) meeting will take place on Tuesday 14 September 2021 from 2.30pm until 4.00pm.

Members of the public wishing to observe the meeting, or raise questions relating to items on the agenda can do so by contacting the secretary to the board directly by emailing wlccg.info@nhs.net by noon on Monday 13 September. A response will be sent directly to the individual who raised the question via email.

The CCG’s latest Governing Body is also due to take place on Tuesday 28 September between 9:30am – 11:30am. Those who wish to observe or raise questions should e-mail wlccg.info@nhs.net by noon on Monday 27 September.

The agenda for both meetings will be published on the CCG’s website one week before each meeting takes place: www.westlancashireccg.nhs.uk/.

Following the conclusion of the PCCC meeting, there may also be an opportunity for members of the public and other attendees to have an informal discussion with some of the board members, time permitting and at the discretion of the Chair.

If members of the local community have general questions that do not relate to the PCCC meeting’s agenda, they can do so by contacting the CCG by e-mail wlccg.myview@nhs.net or calling 01695 588 000. Due to ongoing remote working arrangements in accordance with Government guidance, there may be a short wait to speak with a member of staff who will endeavour to assist with any questions.
