    Popular Children’s Progamme Returns to Sefton

    A bumper packed Be Active programme is gearing up to return this May half term, offering a host of activities to keep children entertained.

    Organised by Sefton Council, the popular Be Active series will tak

    e place at venues across Sefton, including Dunes Splash World, Southport; Meadows, Maghull and Netherton Activity Centre, from Tuesday, May 1 to Friday, June 3.

    The May programme will see the return of Football Academy to Netherton Activity Centre, complete with the brand new Bubble Footballs, while the ever popular Swim and Splash sessions are also back at all Sefton Council owned swimming pools.

    Children who love to dance will be able to perform some of their favourite numbers from the hit West End Shows, Annie and Charlie & The Chocolate Factory at the dance workshops.

    For those more amphibious thrill seekers Bellboating, raft building and climbing will also be on offer at Crosby Lakeside as part of the Lakeside Adventure sessions.
