The emergency services were called to Wesley Street following a 999 call this morning, Monday 19 October.
Four police vehicle attended the scene and one ambulance.
A witness said:
“I heard some shouting, a short time later one male was taken into a waiting ambulance”.
The photograph above was taken at 10am, police at the scene declined to comment on the incident.
A police investigation is ongoing, OTSnews will have an update later today when police log the report.
