UPDATE | Police respond to major incident in Southport town centre
Merseyside police attended the office Bar on Hoghton Street in Southport due to a customer falling ill inside the premises.
The male suffered a Heart attack and sadly died.
Five police vehicles attended along with paramedics.

Police are responding to a major incident on Hoghton Street, Friday 31 August.
Police and emergency services have been called to the area around the office bar in Southport town centre and are still on scene while a major incident is underway.
It’s not clear yet what has happened.
