Police identify 13 year old vandal – then take him home!

Officers from the Southport Local Policing Team responded to reports of damage being caused at the Atkinson Centre yesterday evening, 25th October 2018.

As a result, a 13 year old boy from Ainsdale was verified and taken home. An investigation into the damage caused is under way.

A spokesperson from Southport Local Policing Team added:  “We will be out again in the town centre and across the wider Southport area tonight, as usual.”
