Police are hunting a hooded Male after he broke into a town centre hotel.
The man, climbed through the first floor window of the Metro Hotel in Portland Street in the early hours of this morning (Monday October 7th) and ransacked the main office.
The unidentified Male who had knowledge of the the hotel’s layout is reported to have climbed up to the first floor of the building, smashing through a window and then kicking through a door to gain access to the hotel.
As well as raiding an office he also broke into the bar area and stole a wad of cash and alcohol before making his escape.
Anyone who can identify the Male is asked to call 101 immediately.
