Police close off Costal Road in ongoing incident

Police have closed off both directions of the Coastal Road near to the junction of the Plough Roundabout while dealing with an ongoing incident.

Police wouldn’t confirm why both lanes were shut but were urging motorists to avoid the area after shutting the road just after 6pm this evening.

It’s thought the road may be closed for the remainder of the evening.
