Police called to Scarisbrick Hotel, Lord Street

Passers by were unsurprised to see emergency services outside the Scarisbrick Hotel yet again tonight as a punter passed out.

Paramedics and police were called to the Britannia run hotel after a bar resident took ill and became challenging to staff.

A fellow punter commented to OTS News that the hotel must now have a hotline to the emergency services as they are constantly attending the Scarisbrick.

OTS understands paramedics had to use a wheelchair to transport a disabled guest into an awaiting ambulance before they were taken to Southport Hospital for a check over.
