UPDATE: Man knocked unconscious in Southport pub
Police officers rushed to the Crown this evening, at approximately 7.30 pm (2 July 2016) in Birkdale.
A witness told OTSNews.co.uk “There was a fight inside the pub between two men before it got broken up.”
“One of the men went outside and then four men from inside pub came outside and knocked him clean out in front lots of young children who were having fun on bouncy castle.”
“It was totally out of order hopeful the catch them lock them up.”
“It’s not fair on staff at crown Pub who make extra effort to make it a nice family pub, their was lots of family’s in this evening, it was awful!”
Another witness said: “I felt so sorry for the man’s son, he was screaming in the pub my dad dead… I hope they catch the scum who did it”
