BT contractors working along King Street and Portland Street had to stop this morning after failing to inform shop owners and the Sefton Council parking devision about the works.
Contractors sprayed paint across a shop owner’s land and across parking bays. The problem is parking has not been suspended and shop owners not informed of the works.
Merseyside Police were called after it was reported that a contractor threatened a business owner. No arrests were made.
