Police were called to a property on the Promenade, Southport following reports of a disturbance this afternoon, Sunday 11 October 2015.
The photograph above was taken at 5pm this afternoon. Police at the scene declined to comment on the incident.
A local resident quoted:
“Police forced their way through the door and have been back out to the vehicles to get gloves”
