Police called to a disturbance in Poulton Road, Southport

Police were called to Poulton Road shortly after 2pm this afternoon following reports of a disturbance, Wednesday 9 December 2015.

Police responded to the incident within minutes of the alarm being raised.

One male was handcuffed and taken away in an ambulance.

An investigation into the disturbance is on going.
