Police Appeal for information following theft on Southport bus

Merseyside Police is investigating after a theft on a bus in Southport on Sunday, 19 November 2017.

At approximately 1.20pm, reports were received that two male passengers on an Arriva bus at the junction of Albert Road and Park Road took a small sum of cash before making off towards Hesketh Park.

The two males are described as between 14 and 15 years old, both wearing dark jackets and tracksuit bottoms, with one sporting a black baseball cap.

Enquiries are ongoing and CCTV is currently being examined from the bus and the surrounding area.
