An elderly cat has gone missing from its owners home in the Carr Lane area of Birkdale, Southport.
Marmalade, a 17 year old ginger and white cat vanished from its owners home on June 26 and has, uncharacteristically, not returned home since.
His owner Jayne McKay is now pleading with Birkdale residents in the Waterloo Road, Liverpool Road and Carr Lane area of Birkdale to check their sheds and gardens for Marmalade as she is growing increasingly concerned for his safety.
