Players wanted – Birkdale United U11’s

Birkdale United u11s are looking for new players for the coming season 2017/18, must be in Year 5 or 6 at the start of the new term 2017.

Matches will be on Sundays in the Southport area. Players must be of a good standard ideally with previous league experience. All games are 9 aside.

Manager Chris Dennett said: “We have a talented squad at the moment and are hoping to improve on last season’s top half league finish and cup semi final”.

“In recent years we have had a number of players who have been approached and signed by pro clubs”.

“We have received praise from academy scouts at a recent tournament for the way we play the game, concentrating on passing and movement. Giving our boys the confidence they need to progress as players. The outcome of that means that the scouts will continue to monitor our progress and will be present at future matches”.
