Pizza pile causes wildlife issue in Marshside

    By COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTOR13th April 2020

Takeaway stores have allegedly taken the unusual step of throwing out piles and piles of cooked pizzas near to a nature reserve in Marshside.

Runners on their daily exercise today came across the bizarre sight when discovering a massive pile of cooked pizzas left in a ditch near the the RSPB Nature Reserve in Marshside.

It’s thought the pizzas have been dumped there over the weekend with some blaming a lack of support for takeaway businesses leading them to find creative ways of getting rid of their unused stock.
