Pensioner in hospital after being hit by car in Southport
Emergency services were called to the junction of Lord Street and Hill Street, Southport shortly after 8am this morning to reports of a woman being struck by a Renault Megan, Wednesday 7 September 2016.
North West ambulance arrived within four minutes of the 999 call. The woman in 60’s was treated at the scene before being transferred to Southport Hospital with injuries to her legs and hip.
