Parents panic as man takes covert photos of young girls

Police are investigating after a man was alleged to be taking photos of young children in a town centre garden

The Male pictured was allegedly taking photos of a young two year old girl who was playing at the Town Hall Gardens on Lord Street near to the Atkinson

The Male is alleged to have openly admitted to taking the photos when cornered by a concerned onlooker and described the girl as ‘cute’ and ‘really pretty.’

The Male was challenged on his behaviour and left the scene, walking into the Scarisbrick Hotel before later returning to the same spot
