Obstacles Blind people face in Southport

There have been a number of complaints recently regarding the A-Boards that swamp the entrance to Cambridge Arcade in Southport.

A number of partly sighted pedestrians and old folk have already had bad experiences by accidently walking into them.

Should there be stricter rules enforced by Sefton Council when it comes to A-Boards?
