OAP feels the PANE as smashed shelter glass rips through her foot, Thursday 12 January 2017.

An eye witness who did not want to be named told our reporter at the scene: “It’s bloody disgraceful,
She was waiting for ages for her bus and then this happened. The shard of glass went straight through her sole.”

“We ended up calling a taxi to take to the hospital”

This avoidable incident happened six days after a BMW 3 series lost control and crashed into the bus stop.

Unfortunately Sefton Council failed to clean this area up.
