UPDATE | No water or poor pressure in areas of Southport

We are still working to repair the leak on New Lane. In the meantime our engineers have redirected water from another area so now your taps should be flowing again. However this may be at a reduced pressure until all the works have been completed. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for bearing with us.


UPDATE

United Utilities are still investigating in the PR9, Southport area to identify the cause of some of you having no water or poor pressure at your property.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing and we will keep you updated with our team’s progress.

You may have noticed that the water is coming out of your tap slower than usual or may have gone off altogether. We have one of our inspectors looking into this at the moment and as soon as we know what the cause of the problem is we’ll let you know.

We’re sorry about this and will try and get your taps flowing normally as quickly as we can. We’ll keep you posted as soon as we know what’s causing the problem.
