It was a sad day when Graysons Bakery of Anisdale announced closing its doors due to retirement after 33 years. New owners Christian & Claire McCarthy are set to open on Wednesday 8th January.
They had a long list of potential names but decided to call their new business Graysons Sandwich Bar as Graysons was a big part of the community and much loved.
After a meeting with Stuart & Lyn Grayson they were more than happy and wished them every success. They will be selling Homemade Soups, freshly made Sandwiches, Full English Breakfasts, Jacket Potatoes, Burgers, Children’s Lunch Boxes, drinks and snacks along with a Roast of the Day and a hot homemade Daily Special.
